Selecting a Department to Submit a Ticket to

When you need to submit a ticket you can select a department to send it to.  

Choosing the right department can help expedite the process of fulfilling your request.  However, if you do not know what department to select, don’t be too concerned.  

The General department is for any miscellaneous support problems or requests.

Departments to choose from:

  • General – Miscellaneous support issues
  • Sales – If you have any special pricing requests or you need a quote
  • Billing – Anything that will affect your bill, payment method options, etc
  • Network – Get networking help
  • Reboots – Request to reboot your server
  • Reformats – Request to reformat your server
  • Partners – Partner with us
