Our Sales Associates / Inside Sales Reps are self-driven individuals that can prospect new business opportunities on their own through cold-calling and personal networking. Sales Associates / Inside Sales Reps work with Account Managers to close new deals and commissions are available for calls, appointments set, and margin on products and services sold.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Research and quote sales opportunities for product and service sales, using all available resources to satisfy customer requirements, while maintaining the most advantageous profit margin
  • Uplift all sales opportunities with warranties, service offerings, accessories and supplies
  • Call and qualify the sales leads assigned to him or her by our Sales Manager;
  • Obtain new sales leads by effective research
  • Answer phone calls and emails from our existing customers to provide excellent customer service that will enhance our reputation and increase our sales with our existing customers
  • Answer phone calls and emails from those who are referred to us or simply contact us after finding us on the Internet to provide them with the right information and follow up with best efforts to turn them into our new customers
  • Coordinate with engineering teams for bill-of-material (BOM) design and validation
  • Manage deal registration and negotiation of pricing Proactively engage customers to grow relationships, develop strategies and acquire new business
  • Manage CRM entries, including customer opportunities, engineering requests and contract requests
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services through company provided classes, seminars, and on-the-job training
  • The Inside Sales Representative is expected to make 100+ sales prospecting calls per day, in addition to emails and other daily tasks

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years demonstrated sales success in IT related services or hosting industry with knowledge in hosting sales and cloud computing
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to conduct company-related presentations
  • Innovative, creative, and a true team player
  • Passionate and self-motivated; able to work on own initiative under minimall supervision
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or AA
  • Professional and positive attitude
