Our Sales Interns are self driven individuals that can prospect new business opportunities on their own through cold-calling and personal networking. Sales Interns grow into Inside Sales Reps and work with Account Managers to close new deals and commissions are available for calls, appointments sets, and margin on products and services sold.

Requirements:

  • Research and quote sales opportunities for product and service sales, using all available resources to satisfy customer requirements, while maintaining the most advantageous profit margin
  • Uplift all sales opportunities with warranties, service offerings, accessories and supplies
  • Call and qualify the sales leads assigned to him or her by our Sales Manager;
  • Obtain new sales leads by effective research
  • Answer phone calls and emails from our existing customers to provide excellent customer service that will enhance our reputation and increase our sales with our existing customers;
  • Answer phone calls and emails from those who are referred to us or simply contact us after finding us on the Internet to provide them with the right information and follow up with best efforts to turn them into our new customers
  • Proactively engage customers to grow relationships, develop strategies and acquire new business
  • Manage CRM entries, including customer opportunities, engineering requests and contract requests

Qualifications

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different sales techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
