Full stack PHP/Python (Onsite work)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong knowledge of back-end development with Python, PHP, Node.js, Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with Linux , KVMStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Python, PHP, Node.js, Express, Django, Ruby on Rails).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional code.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Handle complex and/or demanding tasks the best that they can, knowing proper escalation procedures.
  • Communicates with customers on ticket status and appropriate maintenance. Proactively follows up on customer service issues or requests as needed to ensure that service level expectations are met.
  • Installs, maintains and supports network infrastructure components including, but not limited to network switches, routers, wireless access points, and various modem devices under direct supervision of the Project Lead.
  • Adds, modifies, and deletes system login and e-mail user accounts, including creation, modification to file rights and accessibility, and deleting unused accounts. The configuration includes both the hardware and software components of these devices.
  • Installs, repairs, and provides assistance with computer systems by replacing network devices and computer components, diagnosing hardware and software problems, installing and upgrading hardware and software, and providing support and training to end-users.
  • Provide remote technical support via phone/ remote app/ email and other means of communication.
  • Work in collaboration with the project and engineering teams on the deployment and upgrade of systems at customer sites and locations.
  • Onsite Work environment.
  • Participate in shift rotation schedules to provide 24 hours operations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
Requirements:
  • Strong English conversational skills, both in speaking and listening
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in the major desktop and server Operating Systems
    • Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
    • Windows 7, 8, 10
    • Red Hat / CentOS / Debian / Ubuntu Linux a plus
  • Must have a solid understanding of networking protocols and fundamentals:
    • HTTP, HTTPS
    • TCIP/IP, DNS
    • SMTP, POP, IMAP
    • SSH
    • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Previous experience supporting line of business applications including:
    • Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 Applications
    • Adobe Acrobat and suite of products

Senior Network and Security Engineer (Onsite work)

Job Description Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, IT or Telecommunication) or equivalent applicable experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.  Preferably in a Data Center or hosting company.
  • Good command of Thai and English (Written and Verbal).
  • Good knowledge of network protocols, routing, and network security technologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a team and individual contributor.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Perform project design and management (technical design, project delivery management).
  • Strong sense of urgency, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good customer service orientation and follow-up skills are required.
  • Good organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly, in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as within teams required.
  • Available for Onsite Work
  • Ability to work off working hours whenever necessary.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
Senior Network Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with network architects to design and implement functional company networks.
  • Configure and deploy an array of network devices (switches, routers, wireless controller & access points, WAN optimizer, firewall, etc).
  • Creating and implementing network security measures.
  • Work with IT security team on Cybersecurity related projects.
  • Support and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network/telecom capacity meets existing and future requirements.
  • Administration of customer network, system deployment, and support.
  • Managing and mentoring junior Network Engineering staff.
  • Conducting regular network performance tests.
  • Delegating networking maintenance tasks to staff.
  • Dealing with escalated network support issues.
  • Drawing up network status reports.
Senior Network Engineer Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, Brocade, and Juniper.
  • Knowledge of networking hardware including CPUs, wiring, and routers.
  • Overall comprehension of routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
  • Familiarity with network analysis tools, control models, and system security.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Have extended experience with Fortinet product
  • Have extended experience with Juniper product
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a must.
  • Candidates with CCNP/CCDP will be an added advantage.
